Individual Psychotherapy

A supportive space for insight, healing, & growth.

Individual Psychotherapy

We work with clients who seek depth-oriented exploration and skill building. During our therapeutic work, we will delve into ways of your lived experience that may not be supportive and identify skills and narratives that support your liberation. Most of our clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
We receive you with allyship and affirmation for Sex-Positivity, LGBTQIA+, BDSM/Kink, Sex Worker, Polyamory/Non-monogamy, and Neurodivergence.
Your healing journey will be encountered with cultural competence, radical acceptance, directness, unconditional positive regard, warmth, and empathy.
In our journey together, we might connect with interventions such as mindfulness, narrative identification, breath work, ritual, values exploration, Socratic dialogue, behavioral experiments, and cognitive restructuring.
